Do you provide records?
All records researched will be fully transcribed. Copies of documentation certificates and extracts can be obtained for an additional fee.

Can you provide a Family Tree?
Yes, I can provide both a ancestor chart and a descendent chart.

Do you provide photographs?
Yes, historic photographs can be included in your report where necessary. Additional professional photography can be arranged as required.

What information do I need to have to get started?
To begin the research, you will have to provide birth/death or marriage details for the individual who’s ancestry you would like to investigate.
I will provide a questionnaire which covers all the required details.

How long does it take to complete a report?
The timescale can vary depending on how in-depth the report is but a standard report can take from 2-4 weeks to complete?

How are the reports presented?
The completed family history report will describe the investigation process and its findings plus transcriptions of the relevant birth/death, marriage and census records.
I provide a standard binder free of charge.
If you require a presentation pack or a beautiful hardback book, please contact me for details.
PDF’s can be provided upon request.

All information supplied to or from a client will be treated with the upmost confidentiality. Roots and Branches Ancestry complies with the new data protection regulations on the storage and transmission of personal data
